In order to assist in defraying some of the costs associated with the Reunion we are looking for fellow classmates that might be able to step forward and become a Reunion Sponsor. All money raised will be used to make the event a night to remember. In these difficult times those that are able to participate as a sponsor will assist us to keep the ticket cost as low as we possibly can. Sponsors will be recognized in our program as follows.

Platinum Sponsor - $500.00 Half Page
Silver Sponsor - $250.00 One Third Page

Cancellations:
Should cancellation of the reserved hotel rooms become necessary, the Hotel must receive cancellation notification 48 hours prior to check in. for individuals to cancel the room reservation. Cut-off day for the group rate is 7.15.2010. Room rate will be extended for the day before and the day after the event. If any room made after the cut-off day 7.15.10 room rate will be honored base on the room availability.
